Favorite Mixes from March 2025
What if this playlist is a museum? Not the silent, no-touching kind—more like one of those places where every room feels different, where you can sit on the floor, wander at your own pace, and get lost in the details. March felt like that. A series of sonic rooms, each with its own light, mood, and memory.
We kick things off with Kim Kenis, whose deep and dubby set is like stepping into a familiar installation—one that takes us right back to the warm haze of our Delayed Getaway in the Barn. Next, Jo Johnson stretches things outward with lush, intergalactic ambient—soft focus, distant stars, the kind of room that makes you whisper.
Then you’re suddenly outside: Garçon’s mix drops us on the lakeside sands of Floresta stage at Waking Life. It’s powerful, driving techno that still echoes in the bones a year later. From there, we head to Madrid, where Fran Campos and Mattikk offer halftime and breaks excursion straight out of Espacio Perpendicular—sharp angles, bouncing rhythms, plenty of space to move.
Harald Uunk brings something you won’t find in the catalog. An hour of original productions that defy neat labels—one of those rooms where you don’t know what you’re hearing, but it holds your attention. o.utlier joins the same wing with a deeply textured set recorded live at Om Being’s Deep Listening Lounge in London: ambient, broken, and hypnotic, somewhere between stillness and swing. Then Lynne drags us deep into the French woods with a murky, mind-bending set of ambient, halftime, and drum & bass—captured at Le Chaos Ambiants Festival.
Yogg’s mix for Gimic Radio is pure rhythm play—starting slow and low, rising through layers of drum & bass, and somehow making it all feel like one long, effortless movement. Finally, Null Test lets the light back in. A set built for rooftop afternoons, full of bounce, breeze, and everything you want as the season shifts.
Take your time with this one. March gave us a lot to look at—and even more to listen to.
